Product condition and agreed requirements are checked at each relevant stage of the programme.
At the orchard
Fruit size is checked with a caliper.
Sizing at the orchard is an early check. Incoming inspection, process checks and final approval continue at the packhouse.
Certifications, tolerances and destination requirements are published only when confirmed for the specific programme.
